Attraction 2 Plastics is an initiative set up by the Plastics, Machinery, Manufacturers and Distributors Association (PMMDA), the UK's only group set up to protect and promote the interests of machinery suppliers in the polymer industry. The last decade has seen a slow down in the amount of students entering this field so we have got together with leading manufactures who are happy to show potential students what its all about and demonstrate the many existing opportunities available. - Please browse our site and become involved in your future.

Our Goal

The aim of this website is to introduce the PLASTICS INDUSTRY and all that it entails to senior school pupils during their GCSE and A level studies.

Through visits to industry it is hoped they will gain a better understanding of plastic processes and related technologies. This in turn will hopefully inspire them to consider further education or future careers in Plastics.
